Filter Media Testers
Surgical mask tester
SGN’s Surgical mask Filter Testers represent a new generation of testers designed for testing surgical masks and filter media as per ASTM F2299. The Model SMT uses a PSL aerosol that can range from 0.1 to 10 microns. It provides fast, reliable filter efficiency measurements for penetrations as low as .01% (99.99% efficiency). It can handle 1 test per 2 minutes, running complete tests with minimum operator intervention. An onboard microprocessor calculates filter penetration and resistance information over a wide range at a flow rate of 28.3 lpm. Filter test results are presented on a 7-inch HMI touch-panel display and data is saved in internal memory and can be extracted using a flash drive and printed to a computer.
Respirator Mask Tester
This setup is designed to test the mask as per IS9473:2002 Indian standard for oil and salt-based testing and use a photometer detector. The Respirator Mask Tester is one of the best solutions for testing particulate respirator filters, disposable filtering face pieces, and a wide assortment of filter media. SGN filter tester has been used in quality control and manufacturing by leading filter and filter media manufacturers and reference test institutes in India due to their proven durability and reliability, which is valued in demanding manufacturing environments and QA/QC laboratories. The SGN filter tester features a high degree of automation and self-diagnostics that greatly simplifies operation, increases throughput, and improves overall measurement performance. When looking for a stand-alone tester to determine penetration or filter efficiency and pressure drop of your media, filter cartridges, filters, and respiratory masks the model RMT02 is up to the challenge.

Cabin Air Filter Tester
Brief Introduction: With the Cabin Air Filter Test Rig fractional filtration efficiency is measured while the filter is continuously loaded with dust at a constant air flow rate. The test system and the testing process comply with the requirements of the standard DIN 71460-1 and ISO/TS 11155-1.
